We're not finished until you're satisfied. Before we leave, we will show you our completed work. If something within our contracted scope of service doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know and we'll fix it on the spot. If you are not on site at completion, please notify us of the issue within 24 hours (preferably with photos) and we'll make it right as soon as possible.

Cancellation/No Show Policy
Once you’ve made an appointment with Lisa Marie Cleans For Me, we have now reserved the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. If you cancel less than twenty-four (24) hours from your appointment time, you will be charged 50% (half) the amount of your agreed rate for the canceled appointment. We kindly ask for a 48 hours notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment; however, that will be subject to availability.
